Description
Press release from the Missoula County Government:
April 12, 2022
Residents can visit https://missoulacountyvoice.com/ and register to provide feedback on projects, sign up to receive email updates, fill out surveys and polls, and more.
The County also launched an online public records request management system, NextRequest, to facilitate access to public records and help staff respond to requests more efficiently and consistently. Members of the public can access the portal and submit requests at https://missoulacountymt.nextrequest.com/.
The portal provides a one-stop shop for the public to request records and information using an online form. The public can also access a searchable archive of documents responsive to previous requests, and they may find what they are looking for without having to submit a new request.
"Local government works best when the people we serve are involved in it, and we're excited to offer these tools to help increase engagement and transparency for our constituents," Communications Manager Allison Franz said. "We hope residents will take advantage of these platforms to help them stay connected and involved with Missoula County."
For more information, contact Franz at 406-258-3161 or email [email protected].
Franz also discussed the two platforms on the most recent episode of the Missoula County commissioners' podcast, "Tip of the Spear." The podcast is available online at https://www.buzzsprout.com/1846183 and on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Stitcher.
