Looking For the Right Dog

My wife and are trying to find the right dog that is a good fit for us and our new friend. We are in our mid 70's and have always had a dog. We lost our Shih Tzu to cancer in early 2021. Miss her dearly. I hope not to sound too picky, but these are the traits we would like in our next friend: Adult (3 to 6 years old) Female Small (5 to 15 pounds) House trained Non-sheading In good health I know this may sound, I don't know, like too much, but we have not had much success in finding a good match. We are willing to pay a rehoming fee for the right friend.
