HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden Animal Control is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found Monday night on Ridge Road in the vicinity of St. Stephen's Church, according to the animal control. Anyone with information is asked to call 203-230-4080.
