Stray cat in urgent need of care please help

Hi there is a cat in my apartment I guess he's a stray but he's blind and his neck is all torn up and he needs a medical help really bad my friend goes over and feeds him she tried to catch him once but couldn't keep him down because he may decide he never showed up but he needs help really bad and he's getting worse and worse somebody can please come out and get him and I'm having society come pick him up from you or whatever you got to do but he needs treatment really bad I'm at the South Park apartments on 52nd avenue and Thunderbird call me anytime sooner the better he's getting worse thank you so much
