HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden Animal Control is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found at Arch Street and Dixwell Avenue, according to the animal control. The dog, a neutered male, was found wearing a blue collar. Anyone with information is asked to call Chris at Hamden Animal Control at 203-230-4080.
