Job Description: Completes maintenance tasks in a timely manner; reports start, progress & completion of each task. Ensures compliance with building, safety and health codes. Performs “on-call” building maintenance tasks fulfilling preventative maintenance, service requests, capital improvements, and turn-over maintenance as needed. Performs Building Maintenance tasks on assigned properties Maintain positive relations with tenants, staff, and management Able to work out-doors throughout all seasons and weather conditions. Craftsman quality skill level in general maintenance, carpentry, painting, electric repair, HVAC repair & plumbing repair and/or willingness to learn. Must be able to read blueprints/plans, and written instructions. Ability to work Nights, Saturdays & Sundays is a Requirement - additional work during standard business hours available for the right candidate. On-Call availability and able to respond to weather & emergency situations at all properties.
