Want to rehome my gray and white female cat

Description
I have a very sweet gray and white cat I adopted almost 3 years ago. I adopted her along with a male cat at the same time. I have taken very good care of both of them. It has become too much time and commitment for me being a single person to care for these cats alone. I tried my best. I may have to move this year and I don't have a firm plan yet on where I'm going to move to, so I would rather make sure I find a home for her beforehand. My male cat I feel would be a better traveller and able to tough it out with me for a little if need be. I adopted both of these cats from a NYC animal care center and drove them up with me. Isabella I think may of grown up under more difficult circumstances. They were both around 3 years age according to the adoption papers from Animal Care Center. So Isabella should be around 6 years age now. She was very undernourished, and it took time to get her appetite up. She has a much better appetite now, and is a healthy weight now for her size. She is kind of on the smaller side for an adult cat. My male cat on the other hand is much larger, with substantially larger teeth and claws. They generally get along. They do get into a little wrestling matches that will sometimes get out of hand. I'm worried she will get seriously injured by him someday. I always step in to stop it if I'm home with them, but if I'm not, then it could be worse. She is a tough little thing, but really not a match for the other cat. She is very loving and just wants me to herself. It seems she just wants to be with me all the time and doesn't like the presence of the other cat. I don't know how she would be with other cats. I think she would do great with another cat more her size, and non threatening. I think she just wants to be with her owner and have her own place to feel safe. She is spayed. The problem I want to mention, is that I don't think she wants her nails being trimmed. She has small paws and doesn't really scratch too much, but of course does scratch some with her nails occasionally. This may be a problem for some, and not a problem for others. Maybe someone else will know how to trim her nails with minimal protest. I will only give her away to someone who will care for her in the right way, and provide a safe home.
