BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The Baltimore beltway was snarled Tuesday night due to a crash near the exit for Charles Street, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. Officials said the collision happened around 6:30 p.m. and temporarily shut down the inner loop of Interstate 695. Lane closures were also reported on the outer loop during the response.
