Congratulations to our students recognized by the 2022 Bryant-Jordan Scholarship Program!
Hillcrest High student Jeremiah Lowther was named Bryant-Jordan Scholar Athlete Regional Winner for Class 6A, and Holt High student Mackensie Loyd was named Bryant-Jordan Achievement Regional Winner for Class 4A.
Since 1986, the Bryant-Jordan Student-Athlete Scholarship Program has celebrated outstanding high school seniors who demonstrate hard work, determination, and commitment that has led to success in sports and academics. Established by the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame in partnership with the Alabama High School Athletic Association, the program was built on the belief that education and athletics could work together to motivate young people to excel.
The Bryant-Jordan Scholarship Program distributes approximately $1 million annually in scholarship money to regional winners.
