BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash on Interstate 83 snarled traffic Tuesday morning in Baltimore County. The collision happened on I-83 north before the exit for Timonium Road. Two left lanes were closed, and so was the left shoulder as of 8 a.m., according to state transportation officials. By 8:25 a.m., the crash had cleared and all lanes had reopened, the Maryland State Highway Administration reported.
