BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A truck fire led to heavy congestion on the Baltimore beltway Tuesday morning, according to officials. The Maryland State Highway Administration reported two right lanes were closed initially on the outer loop at Perring Parkway before 8 a.m. By 8:10 a.m., the incident had been contained to the right shoulder.
