BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash snarled traffic on Interstate 83 Friday morning near the junction with I-695. Authorities reported before 6:30 a.m. that three right lanes were closed on Interstate 83 at Timonium Road due to a crash. Two vehicles were involved, officials said. By 6:50 a.m., the crash had cleared, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. Transportation authorities advised essential workers to adjust their driving Friday morning due to the weather.
