Well established tile and stone company in Santa Barbara is looking for two positions: 1. Tile estimator. Someone with experience in reading job plans, perform takeoffs for needed materials, and estimate the labor required to perform the necessary work to complete a project. This person would be an excellent communicator, able to perform digital takeoffs of plans, obtain material quotes, order necessary materials, and put together a professional proposal for the requested work. 2. Tile superintendent to manage installation crews and interact with contractors. This person would have experience in the tile trade, be a people person, able to communicate well, able to receive instruction and follow through, understand job plans, perform tile layouts, etc. Salary determined on hire and past experience.
