We are looking for people to join our quickly expanding, in-house fulfillment team at our warehouse in Santa Barbara. The position is part or full time. Our fulfillment team is the heartbeat of our company - responsible for pick, packing, and shipping orders out to our customers across the US. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative - fueled by weekly team lunches and unlimited Clevr lattes.
YOU’RE A PERFECT FIT IF
- Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse
- Quick learner and stay engaged your entire shift
- Ability to be on your feet for a full work day
BONUS POINTS IF
- Experience working with ShipStation, Shopify, and/or Quickbooks Online
- You have digital customer service experience
- Ability to drive a box truck, operate a forklift, and/or lift 50 lbs
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Pick, pack, and shipping e-commerce orders
- Work on the fulfillment line beside other team members
- Read packing slips to prepare shipments
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Maintaining warehouse tidiness and inventory organization
- Enjoying good music and positive team energy
MUST BE AVAILABLE MOST THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS
