**IMMEDIATE NEED FOR EXPERIENCED LEAD MAINTENANCE** Arbors of Dublin Apartments is located in the prestigious and highly sought after Dublin City School District; just minutes away from Ohio State University and downtown Columbus and is in need an experienced Lead Maintenance for the community A/C calls, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair and General Maintenance supporting the apartment community. **250+ units are on the property **Hourly rate is based on experience** Job Requirements: *5+ years prior supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multifamily property management Lead *Maintenance is REQUIRED *HVAC Certification is REQUIRED *Must be able to effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day. Work as a team leader *Assist with completing service requests *Assist team with make readies and upgrading apartments; efficiently and effectively scheduling team, assuring that work orders and make readies are completed correctly in a timely manner *Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule *Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation *Assist with various projects as assigned by Property Manager *Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required Working Environment/Requirements *While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms, hands and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons). The working environment is typically in an outdoor setting, with an occasional need to leave the premises for business purposes. *Property employees are required to comply with the company uniform policy.
