I do power washing, including wooden decks. However, I do not stain, seal or paint decks, and am looking for someone to farm that work out to. Must have experience with deck painting/staining and be detail-oriented, meaning you do a good, clean job. That means no stain or paint on the concrete deck below, no missed spots, no paint on vinyl railing, etc. I get `em prepped, you come in and finish them up. I can't guarantee any certain amount of work, but every year I turn down at least a dozen if not more deck painting/staining jobs. And if I had someone I was comfortable with and trusted, I'd bird dog other painting jobs. And if you have the equipment to get up 25+ feet and paint trim, I can get that work as well. Compensation depends on area of deck, deck condition, etc. You'll find that I am very fair with compensation. Must have own transportation, ladder(s), drop cloths, etc. If doing high ladder work, liability insurance is required.
