Rock Band Looking for Motivated Singer

Newly formed rock band looking for a motivated frontman/frontwoman to round up the lineup. We aren't looking for someone who just wants to show up and do the bare minimum, we want someone who's going to out-work every other singer. We're all in our 20s, (looking for someone in the age range of 18-26), get along great, and don't have any substance issues. We have our rehearsal spot where we rehearse 5-7 days a week. Stylistically, we're a mixture of bands like Metallica, Def Leppard, The Scorpions, Van Halen, and Randy Rhoads era Ozzy, but more modernized. We are also incorporating some pop influences in our sound as well to really broaden our reach. We also have professional management representing us.
