The items that are part of the scope of work but not limited to are as following:
-Painting of walls, ceilings, doors, trim.
-Floor installation of vinyl plank.
-Door replacement.
-Installation of blinds
-minor plumbing
-minor electrical
-Drywall repair.
-Installation of cove base or trim
We provide a scope of work and materials.
