BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash on Interstate 695 snarled traffic near the exit for MD 139/Charles Street during the Thursday morning rush. The crash was reported around 6:30 a.m. on the outer loop of the beltway before the exit for Charles Street, officials said. All lanes were closed except the left lane during the response. By 7:15 a.m., officials said the crash had cleared.
