HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On September 21, Floyd Quick, of Hamden, purchased a 30x Cash 7th Edition ticket from Sam's Food Store in Hamden and won $10,000.
