EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN - Paint wall + wall mount heavy mirror

Looking for an experienced handyperson who can paint this small wall to cover the existing mural. Then mount this mirror to the wall professionally. This is a very heavy mirror (80lbs). Need to remove the chain link to the top of mirror. May be a 2 day job to allow for the paint to dry. Need to bring your own tools. Will provide wall paint and paint brush. Please let me know what screws, anchors, etc needed to mount the mirror. Job needs to be 100% completed by April 30.
