We have some rehabs that need to be completed.
Looking for a good, affordable, reliable worker/crew. Must be able to do basic framing, drywall, setting kitchen cabinets, installing doors and fixtures, laying tile. The more skills the better but will hire for specific work if you have a single specialty.
