We are seeking experienced concrete polishers that are self-starters, demonstrate professional integrity, and have a good work ethic. *Experience in concrete floor polishing is preferred, but exceptions maybe made for entry level positions for candidates that have a strong construction or landscaping background* *Our business is not seasonal, and all work is performed indoors* Responsibilities and Duties Grind and polish concrete flooring Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations Strive to meet and exceed target production goals . Qualifications and Skills All successful candidates must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS A MUST Must be 18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to travel and stay out of town for 2-3 weeks at a time because most of our projects are out of state, the shifts may include nights, weekends and some holidays.
