Cat seen

Description

I saw a black and white cat while it was raining yesterday, just off I-94 in Roseville. I am assuming it was a field cat hunting for it dinner. It did seem a little unusual it was out in the rain and looked awfully wet, which doesn't seem like normal behavior in that case. This was eastbound I-94 a little Noth of Little Mack exit. I was well past it before I even realized. The cat was walking in the grass, and it's coat was pretty wet.
