Well established carpet cleaning company is seeking motivated laborer's to join the team. Carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning business that is seeking hard working people with a great work ethic, strong positive I can attitude. Most of our clients are commercial, however we are growing and services residential clients as well. Experience is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have the following: - High school diploma or equivalent educational experience - Must be 18 years of age or older - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (transportation not provided) - Ability to physically stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs - Must have a reliable communication method (I.E. Cellphone) - Must be able to work some Saturday's and the occasional overnights - Able to work independently, as well as, an active member of a team - Ability to meet attendance work schedule with dependability and consistency. Tardiness and absence from work will place hardship of fellow team members and disrupt contracted sites cleaning schedule. - Be able to use various types of equipment, materials and chemicals. All equipment should be inspected to ensure good, safe working order, regularly cleaned and maintained. - English speaking with Spanish is a plus All qualified applicants should reply with a resume
