Need 6 Pergola Posts Cut by 2ft Each

What I need: I need to have six 10ft posts of my pergola shortened evenly by two feet each, so that they are 8ft tall instead of 10ft tall. The pergola must not be taken apart, ideally the posts would be cut in place. This is not a one person gig, you would need help to stabilize as the cuts take place as there are six posts.
