We are a growing company looking to fill our sample assistant position. The role is fast paced and required good attention to detail. Duties include, but are not limited to: - un-crating and storing bulk tile sample inventory - keeping a stock of core sample inventory - pulling, packing and shipping tile samples based on requests - ordering samples to maintain inventory - identifying and labelling samples appropriately - cutting concrete samples - grinding and polishing concrete samples to specification - mixing raw materials to make concrete samples - repacking tile crates to specific order quantities - maintaining a clean and orderly work place The ideal candidate will: - have the ability to work in a warehouse environment - be able to drive or be trained on a forklift - be able to lift 50+ lbs continuously - know how to identify color and finish of product - demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team - communicate well To apply, respond via email to this ad with your resume and relevant work experience.
