READ ENTIRE POSTING BEFORE REACHING OUT. Need energetic, strong, helpers to help me with prep yard for grass seed. Shoveling, raking, chopping, bagging, spreading, and filling. If you think you can make " easy" money for a few days-Youre 100% Wrong! Theres nothing easy about real yard work. I want workers for $25 CASH hourly- Not slackers. I pay for progress and job accomplishment. I dont need couples. I dont need desperate help. I need working help. If you tell me your family is starving, there's every other business begging for workers. A few days of great pay won't change your lifestyle. I dont need you plus your friend or cousin. Please dont ask or beg for an extra person to work with you. NO EXCEPTIONS! If I have to let you go, I want my other help there. So, let's get past that before I am asked. NO half-day work. I do NOT PAY for half day help. No half- ass work. If you work too slow, you need not to show. To the good help looking for work, I appologize for this long posting. I just have to weed out slackers who trick me and take the place of great helpers. Must have your own transportation. Use drugs AFTER work. Not before and during work. If I sense you are in something and it takes me a while. I will let you go without pay. Must bring your own gloves, rake and shovel. I rent out my yard tools for $50 daily if you show up empty handed. People respect their own yard tools more than yard tools they did not pay for.
