We’ve moved down to sunny San Diego and finally found a home to purchase after selling our home in Northern California. With rates up we’re now short $150,000 for escrow. We’ve come so far and saved so much - we’d hate for all of this hard work to go to waste and have to cancel escrow. Happy to add you to the deed of the house, or add a lien after escrow closes for the full amount, plus interest. Will pay high interest monthly or in full plus whatever you feel fair at your desired time. We’re desperate and have no family and feel we can’t ask the newly made friends here. We have great credit and great jobs we’ve just exhausted our options until we have the house.
