Job would include: -Trash Removal (Trash Chutes on each floor) -Cleaning (Floor Cleaning weekly) -Small Work Orders, with training from Maintenance Supervisor (Plumbing, Electrical, Basic Maintenance) $15/hour with potential for overtime, especially during turn period (July-August) Top 5 Student Housing Company with benefits.
