Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Associate Salary: D.O.E. We are currently looking for an energetic, detail oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as the Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Associate. This computer proficient person will, under direct supervision, be responsible for performing warehouse, shipping and receiving activities, including but not limited to: • Maintaining all Product Inventory in a neat, orderly and organized manner • Receipt of Vendor PO Parts (physical receipt and corresponding system transactions) • Picking Parts as shown on Pick Tickets • Packaging and Shipment of Customer Orders • Assisting in Part "Fit-Up" activities to ensure mating parts are properly aligned/sized • Creating part tags for all received parts • Notify Manager of inventory parts that reach the minimum quantity re-order point • Provide Estimated Shipping Weights and Dims. as requested • Investigate inventory and warehouse discrepancies and resolve with Manager • Assisting in keeping an accurate Inventory Cycle Count • Maintain/Monitor all Warehouse & Shipping supplies, notify Manager of any required materials • Perform Stock Checks as needed/requested • Assist with Quality Control Checks on all Inbound and Outbound orders • Confirm 100% accuracy in picking products from inventory for shipment. • Audit all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy • Presenting Process Improvement Ideas to Management • Other duties as assigned PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • High School graduate • Mechanically Inclined (quality control exp. Calipers, micrometers etc.) • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. • Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. online shipping programs a plus • A good candidate for this position desires career growth and stability. • M-F 8:00-5:00, Paid Holidays Please respond with current resume and salary history, with "WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE" in the subject line.
