Black Cocker Spaniel named Arkay. He was las seen near Ladera and Sundoro Place. He is part of a rescue and was to be microchipped today. He is intact. He is wearing a black collar and dragging a rope like leash multi colored. He has a El Paso Rabies on. Arkay has a full tail. He is scared and will run. Please just call Barb at or the rescue at .
