Looking for someone (doesn't matter if you're male or female) to do some Spring, Summer and Fall lawn care (details below).
I need some lawn care (front and back yards) done for the house I'm living in.
The frequency and specifics are:
* Mowing - 2X / calendar month
* Edge trimming (between lawn and the sidewalks, rear patio, and the driveway) - 2X / calendar month
* Cleaning (either sweeping or blowing) the driveway, rear patio, and sidewalks of debris - 2X / calendar month
* Lawn fertilizing once in the Spring and again once in mid-Summer - twice per year
* Hedge trimming and removal of debris (front porch area only) - once per year
* Raking and removal of leaves and fallen branches (in the Fall) - most likely only 2-3 times during the Fall season only
I'm on a very limited income, so the cost for this needs to be extremely reasonable.
