FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for someone with mechanical aptitude and is willing to learn how to perform general property maintenance including, but not limited to, replacing roll-up doors, replace lighting, light electrical, sweeping/cleaning units/hallways and the inside/outside of storage buildings, cut/grind locks, use backpack blower for leaves, shovel snow, light painting, etc. Ultimately, someone who has some mechanical skills and will take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of property would be preferred. We are willing to train the right individual. JOB REQUIREMENTS: You must have you own vehicle to be able to travel to multiple locations. Additional Transportation allowance offered. 40 hour work week, M-F 9am-5pm. Must be Self Motivated and Detail Oriented. EOE, DRUG FREE work environment, excellent benefits package.
