Looking for a new and exciting career in Property Management? F& F Realty has a porter position at Lake + House Apartments in Wheeling. Job Duties are but not limited to... • Changing the cans on Sunday • Pulling in and out garbage cans ( with bobcat) 3 times a week (cans are on wheels but weight of cans could be in excess of 400pounds) • Snow removal (running a blower, salting and manually shoveling down the back steps).Could require 6 plus hours of snow removal, weight depending on type of snow. • Delivering letters • Checking the pool chemicals and pool cleaning • Light maintenance work (bulbs, clearing toilets, cleaning) ability to lift 25 pounds • Cleaning garages (picking up garbage and hosing down) • Walking around the property picking up garbage • Light cleaning of the buildings and touch up cleans of the apartments. • Being responsible for 4 buildings ( All on same property) • Accepting maintenance deliveries (ability to lift 50 pounds) • Opportunity to grow within the company • Benefits for Fulltime employees • Hourly pay starting at $16 per Hour
