emotional support cat sweet

I have a 3yr male cat who would make a great emotional support animal for someone. Ideally someone who is home a lot, perhaps someone elderly. He is scared of loud noises (so kids won’t be a great fit unless they’re older). He is very shy but loves his people once he warms up. He is fixed and housebroken and up to date on his shots. He likes dogs, I think he would like another cat if they’re on the chiller side. His name is Soup and he loves to follow you around and lay on your chest all day. He’s a very sweet cat who doesn’t scratch furniture or do alot of climbing. Plz help him find a home so he doesn’t have to go back to the shelter.
