Hey there- I’m a male musician in the west valley and would like to meet up and jam maybe get a group together if we all click. Preferably 30 and older but don’t care if you don’t. I’m easy going, dependable and take music seriously but don’t take myself too seriously. I play guitar, bass, and keys. I like all kinds of music, mainly alt/indie- Radiohead, Smiths, Cure, Interpol, Joy Division, strokes, my bloody Valentine, Sigur Rod, Slowdive, beach house, tame impala, beach fossils, khruangbin, Beatles, blue, gorillaz, flaming lips…etc.Experienced drummer here trying to gauge interest. I’m wanting to start a hair metal tribute band as a side project. Get together every other weekend, play some fun tunes and see what happens. I have practice space in Winamac. I started teaching as the Syracuse University referral guitar instructor when I was a student in their music program, I now teach one full day each week because I enjoy it. Music is hands on. Quality performing and recording experience are the most basic requirements of any music teacher for translating Morningside Music Studio of Arlington Center is now offering an ongoing group class geared toward the advanced beginner. If you already know some chords and melodies but want to take your playing to the next level, this class is for you. Currently, the group meets Friday evenings 6:30-7:30 but we might open up another day if there is enough interest. Cost is $25 per class. Bass player with years of quality experience.
