Fix my fence for $200

Part of my fence blew down during the last rainstorm. It's a wood fence about 10 to 12 feet long next to my garage. I'm not sure if it can be repaired or just replaced. The $200 will cover the labor. I will pay for the supplies separately. Just let me know what you need to do the job.
