golf cart club ??

Do you have a golf cart you don't use as much as you like to ? Does anybody know were a person can ride a golf cart on the weekends ? It would be nice to be able to ride on the weekends maybe once a month at places like..... Lakeside village, Saddle Creek park, maybe the Polk city trail or Bartow rd trail ? To name a few. If they are street legal as far as lights, seatbelts, blinkers,horn etc..... Does anybody have any thoughts ? NOW ok no jokes about riding on a golf course with out playing.....lol..
