Hello, I’ve played in the music scene for along time, bass, guitar, some lead guitar.. but now I’ve decided I can help lead a band with male vocals, I’ve done so many lead songs over the years but at the same time I was always playing an instrument it was hard to play and sing sometimes. So now I’ve decided to take the next step and help sing full time. My back round is 80s rock, country, pop, and I have 40 years playing guitar, 30 years gigging, 25 years as a blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter and I'm looking for fill in work. I have gigs of my own as well as 2 CD's of recordings, plus enough "good" material for 1 or 2 more, but I need to keep my chops up and earn some extra money. I suddenly have free time, especially during the week, and am willing to be a sideman. I am not interested in fronting another band, I want someone else to call the shots and book the band, I just want to play my guitar with your band and have a good time.. The stuff I like on the heavier side of music includes: the old school favorites (Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, early Metallica, Megadeth, White Zombie, Death, etc.), the standard Norwegian black metal classic bands (Mayhem, Burzum, Emperor, Darkthrone, etc.), plus Ghost, Bathory, Uada, Agalloch, Orange Goblin, The Sword, Gojira, Dimmu Borgir, Nightwish, Graveyard, In Flames, anything Steve DiGiorgio plays bass in, etc. I'm in my early 40s.
