Description

We are looking for self motivated individual for 80 units in Eau Claire for senior and disabled housing. Must have own hand tools, reliable vehicle with insurance, great with people and have a wonderful disposition. Needs 2-3 years experience in property management maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, and general maintenance. Will be responsible for lawn care, common area maintenance, resident maintenance and our preventative maintenance. Mon-Fri 8-4:30 and in the summer we do summer hours and are off at noon. $21 an hour plus 15 days of PTO, 10 paid holiday, 100% employer paid health care-even for family, plus much more.
