Property Management Company seeking Punch Out Technicians for a Mulit-Million dollar rehab in the Broad Ripple area. Duties and Responsibilities: *Must be able and have knowledge and skills to perform carpentry, painting, plaster, etc.. *Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. *This position requires direct contact and good communication with construction crew, direct supervisors, office staff and other parties. *Follow up with construction crew, supervisors, office staff and other parties to insure timely completion of punch out work. *Responsible for effective reporting, record-keeping and documentation for future reference. Skills and Abilities Desired: *Very organized utilizing multitasking abilities and an attention to detail
