Currently we have a number of items going with unit turnovers 1) HVAC service/installs. 2) Electric wiring and upgrades. Compensation models we work with both the hourly rates and task based rates. We typically have lock entry access setup and aim for optimal work flow in clearing items with contractors we use. Active licensing respective to the work is required.
