Property Management Company working with 300 units in the Greater Baltimore Market.
Currently we have a number of items going with unit turnovers all over town, some paint and cleaning, some paint/floor/change fixtures etc.
Compensation models are typically project based dep on the workload it is to get the rental unit ready. We typically have lock entry access setup and aim for optimal work flow in clearing items with contractors we use.
Minimum skill set is painting and vinyl plank flooring.
