Looking for a groomer wanting to start his/her own business & work for yourself. I am retiring/have retired Location is a mobile home with a separate grooming entrance to the back room. The 2 front rooms/living/kitchen being an Air BnB type set up. The location is on a busy street with lots of opportunity. I am looking for someone who wants the opportunity to open their own grooming location with low overhead. Renting my grooming area out for $400 a month (to help get going) the first two months; then will go up to $500 a month. Room fully stocked with crates, (2) crate capacity double K dryer, bathing area- potty/vanity area for groomer & customers *Make your own hours I made an easy $300.00 to $700 “a day” in this location, it is booming here.
