I am looking for somebody with experience in cutting and laying indoor floor tile - beginning this morning (Thursday, 4/14). Approximately half of the house tiling is completed (other half still in level concrete form), but time obligations are not allowing me to complete it myself anymore. I am looking for preferrably a two-person team to complete this. If you are a two-person team, the pay will be $3,000. If you are one person, the pay will be $2,700. I will pay on a percent-completion basis. I have all the equipment (saw, trowel, buckets, mixer, kneepads, etc.). I also have all the tile (plank), mortar, grout ready to go. I also have wedge leveling system which makes it easier to float the tiles. You HAVE to be able to float the tile level and avoid lippage. There is approximately 1,500 sq ft left to tile. There is also more work after the tiling project.
