Seasonal positions working for SoCal Brush as a Wildfire Fuel Reduction Technician helping to protect our community from wildfires. The position is Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm with optional unlimited weekend work. Season typically ends in October but can go to December with full time position placement possible in the company. Starting pay is $18 per hour with possibility of immediate raises based on work performance. Career advancement possible with on the job training for heavy equipment operator, trailering, and arborist work. Job requirements: Ability to hike more than 1 mile Ability to work in fast paced, harsh outdoor working conditions including hot weather, rough terrain etc. Work as a member of a team. This is a great starting position for those seeking a career in fire service.
