Here's the punch list:
Bathroom:
1. Snake tub and bathroom sink
2. Clean out shower head to make water run
3. Silicone caulk the crack on the threshold
Dining Room:
1. Remove door between dining room and hallway
Living room:
1. Left 2 switches cover plates are lose
2. Replace broken cover plates
Bed 1:
1. Replace keyed lock with bed/bath lock
2. Paint ceiling
3. Install smoke detector
4. install CO2 detector in hallway outside of bathroom
Bed 2:
1. Install smoke detector
2. Use wood puddy to fill gaps where flooring meets baseboard
Downstairs hallway:
1. Install missing light globe
replace or fake ground 6 3 pronged outlets
Install 12 exterior door locks.
