My back yard needs some TLC power washing etc

Looking for bids on power washing and cleaning up the backyard. Plus wood deck re-staining. All the decking (cool deck and wood deck), plus walls need to be thoroughly power washed. Then the wood deck needs to be stained. I will provide the stain, I do not have a power washer. The grates for the drainage on the cool deck by the pool need to be blown through. The back patio door needs painting and a small piece of hardy replacing - see photographs. Please respond with a bid, a phone number and references would be helpful.
