Job description We are hiring for the following positions. 1- Landscape crew leader – This position requires landscape experience to include a driver’s license knowledge of running a crew of at least 3-4 people. Knowledge of landscaping planting, trimming of shrubs and plants. Able to understand and follow work orders. More information on this during our interview. We will also discuss pay during interview. 2- Grass crew leader- This requires a driver’s license and ability to run commercial mowers and run a crew of 2-4 people. We cut large properties and you will need the experience cutting large properties. Pay and more detail will be discussed during your interview. 3- General labors – No experience is required for this position; however, you will need a good work attitude and able to follow directions from crew leaders. 4- Pesticide Applicator – You need to have a NYS DEC license to apply for this job. We have a mid-size route and growing, you will receive monthly bonuses for new customer’s that you sign up during your route. (Ex: Neighbor wants a treatment; you get a bonus for the service). Will discuss pay rate at interview. We are on a main bus line if you need transportation, we do offer a bus pass program for eligible employees.
